Rather than say what's not disclosed I'll put it another way
When listening to the webinar, see if the speaker provides any negative news or discloses that X hasn't worked out or something similar

You see there are things that don't turn out or go as they should and if a CEO can tell you these things it builds trust in the listener and provides clarity around the true position of the company

ie We had to let 25 employees go as we lost a contract that was in a trial stage and they didn't not wish to commit

With regards to the 4C there are numerous pages of info but nowhere does it breakdown the income like you said

For example how much of the 1.2m is one off payments?
how much is from processing transactions?

I've never seen it disclosed in the detail it should be, ie: It's the stuff they don't disclose to be wary of it my point

I'm sure the webinar provides some benefit to some, but imo not enough is disclosed to warrant the webinar
