    Cuba itself has a fair share of problems - lets hope that there will not be as you say a 'collective sense of regret' for anyone investing there in 'oil'.

    Oddly, oil, coal and natural gas all formed naturally in the earth's crust and all are considered as fossil fuels. Cuba it seems, has a fair share of one of these 'bad' fossil fuels - hope the black stuff won't see holders in a sea of red. AIMO
