Cuban authorities will be super keen to get both heavy and light crude above surface. This bonds well for expediting of required permits. The JV seems to be working hard in the background to get planning and logistics moving too. Once positive results are announced to market the SP want be looking back for some time IMO. There might be a few little hic ups along the way but MAY is looking great for all types of trading at the moment. Apart from shorting lol
