i didn't judge the mgmt to see a sideshow as a short term/medium term gamble. honestly, if i wasn't so convinced by hmw and jp's previous decisions, i would have quit at this point. just my opinion. no financial advise.

in order to get added value from this, you first have to invest significantly. in the current phase of the company, every cfo should intervene and use all power available to prevent this.

it's clear they considered gb as a non dilutive financing option and have now desperately sought alternatives. these are my guesses based on the information we know.
