It was one of the most informative investor webinars I have attended, so would definitely recommend watching it if you would like to know more about Jayex's current operations and future plans.

Key takeaways that are not included in the published powerpoint slides are:

- They recently increased their Business Development Manager staff from 1 to 3, so it seems likely that they can maintain or increase sales momentum
- They now have 29 to 30 staff, with around a 3rd of them being hired in the last 6 months. This would suggest they are still settling into their roles and will become more efficient going forward.
- The 1st product they are developing and planning to release in Q1 24 is the 'Automation' product, which aims to reduce administrative burden for GPs
- Jayex will continue to focus on selling their existing and new products to the primary healthcare market, but there is scope for them to consider modifying their products so that they are suitable for secondary healthcare in the long term.
