Let's say SPX goes back up to 20c, which is 20x from now.
At $36m market cap x 20, $720m that's how much valuation this company will be worth.
At $720m market cap - even based on a very generation valuation of 10x, Spenda would have to generate a revenue amount of $72m per annum. This is of course no factoring any future cap raises or dilution (which is inevitable due to the high amount of options).
The current financials are no where even close to $10m per year, and in one of the most competitive market spaces; the chances of this happening is close to zero.
