He's now complaining about "lack of resources" "lack of staff" "things aren't progressing as fast because we just dont want to bring in extra people who dont fit in with the company". Extreme sarcastic and annoyed tone, you can tell hes addressing the people continuelly complaining about how slow CAP rollout has been nd slow revenue.
