I watched the webinar as you suggested and I concur with your analysis.
The other thing that I took from it was that Iain Smith is acting as the CEO and is directing the company.
Myers looked well out of his depth and like an old man in a rocking chair.
Smith saying that he was excited to be part of this was IMHO telling.
