Hmmm, yes, I agree with you about lingering CR doubts. Alwyn was more pragmatic than previous guidance which more definitively pointed against an on market/dilutive CR.
My take is that he's saying that he thinks the FS will be so good (with very low Capex and Opex) that they expect to be able to fund with offtakes etc. but he did also say that (say) 3 months from FS is not a lot of time to secure funding.
However, after all the previous strong guidance against a CR, it would still be a big deception and betrayal - so let's see!
