I am not sure that a strategic investor would be interested in just buying 25% of La Dem. Production and finalising the mine is still a long way off.
More likely they would want a stake in AAU and more likely a controlling stake. A new board that they control.
In effect a takeover.
Personally I would be satisfied if that happened, although I appreciate that there are risks to the current SHs in such an arrangement. Eg they privatise the company.
