@ArgylePink Do you have any predictions on what a deal might look like for Prairie? If it's big insto like a super fund, perhaps they'll JV with a cell producer? Ideally we want their expertise in the sector as well, hence why I'm thinking a super fund sounds a little unusual? Also, to avoid issuing new shares and maybe they get repaid through a percentage of the future profits plus off-take rights? Could Prairie be demerged from AZL and a new entity listed?
