Certainly the ILA board should take responsibility for the company getting stuck in a liquidity trap and there has been change at the board level in recent times.
I think the current ILA board handled what was quite a difficult situation quite well. They only took the capital they needed and we were all scaled back.
While I am not intending to sell, this doesn't change that I can't sell - at least without destroying the company in the process.
I am sure not all retail would have flipped, but price is set at the margins. It doesn't take many shareholders selling to push down the SP. A more interesting question is why are any of the current retail shareholders selling now. Do these shareholders really think at 13c ILA is overpriced?
