Pretty much all he said was the company was approached by some investors that gave an offer with a timeframe on that offer and the board thought they needed to take that opportunity in order to be fully funded for their potential acquisition and phase 2a/2b.
Also from what I understood after phase 2a/b is finished and we have results - mid next year, ILA will speak to FDA on how to conduct Phase 3 trials (most likely in a country with high dengue fevers) and look for potential partnerships for funding
