I'm not saying if you run/have run a business that you're somehow superior than an employee....I'm just stating there is an entirely different set of pressures and task that come with leading initiatives.

Most employees I know- including pretty much all mine over the many years- clock off entirely and spare very little, if any, thought about the business once it hits 5pm (or more likley- about 4.20pm). No cares/worries/sleepless nights....but always getting paid.

Oh to have that lack of pressure!- what joy!
