Yes I agree, He is blaming the SH for not taking up the SPP which is very poor form. The fact that he wont answer the Patras 2nd tranche is also very annoying as he should know within a few % points what it will be. He is saying August for profitability which is exactly what be said ion Feb ( where March was to be profitable ) He is losing all credibility as far as I am concerned - he seams tp be making figures up on the fly.
