If PLL aren't taking them up that would be disappointing. May have their bags full already! I think a "Renounceable Rights Issue" would have made more sense in my opinion. For those that may not understand the difference you would have been able to sell/trade your rights. Instead we don't take them up they lapse! As I said before not such a great deal for the long term holders.
