Wouldn't think a company like SYA would use the reference to a specific deal, but again its a catch 22...
1. Could not use this to hint anything - completely against all ASX rules
but
2. This info is out in the market already last week, so anyone or any company can use that info as there is nothing wrong with it.
At least one thing is for sure, we are all thinking in the same lines as the company and Brett.
