I exercised my last batch of SAYOC last week in anticipation of this rights issue.

For those wanting to exercise their SYAOC options @exercise price of $0.02 ea...

1. Obtain the 'Exercise of Option' pdf from Computershare (they will email one to you). They say it can take up to five days, but I received mine the same day.
2. Complete the form (Name, Address, HIN, number of options to be exercised, dollar amount)
3. Transfer the required funds to Sayona bank account (Contact Sayona office for EFT details)
4. Email completed form with payment advice to Sayona
5. Sayona will advise Computershare of the request to exercise, once the money has arrived in their account
6. The new FPO (Fully Paid Ordinary) shares will appear in your portfolio
7. In your Commsec portfolio you will need to adjust the average price manually (Select 'Edit' on the Portfolio page)

Please note that NetBank (Commonwealth) will put a 24 hour delay on transfer of funds if you have not transferred to that recipient previously.
