How do you average the share amount, not the price?My previous post was referring to the Commsec portfolio 'Purchase Price' column, which might not be correct once the SYAOC are exercised to SYA fully paid shares. You will need to calculate the average of the purchase price of existing shares and exercised shares shares to update the portfolio 'Purchase Price' value.
There should be no need to average the 'Available Units' value. This will just be the total of shares, and will automatically be updated when the new shares are added to your portfolio.
