At the risk of sounding like one of those management consultants which I really despise , Rob Phillips and Co are trying to establish Uscom as a quality brand name .
I believe this will make the company particularly attractive to potential acquirers which do not yet have a presence in this market . They would be able to acquire not only the product but a recognised name .
These things take time .
