Its unfortunate that this has happened. We all understand and get it.
However back then we didnt have a clear pathway from governments to go green so it would have been difficult to progress anything. Capital flows in the markets follow the themes that the markets thinks will outperform in the future.
The theme has flipped due to the recent COP21 meeting. Its early days first come first serve and ECT has significant intellectual property from R&D that others cannot replicate creating high barriers to entry
