So what is next by the looks of it is:
1. Outcomes from discussions with key regulatory and scientific advisors
2. Manufacturing finalisation - this should be the next catalyst to share price movement. Advanced discussions so should be close
3. Trademark - European patent sorted. So US and Europe patent sorted.
4. Lawsuit - invex not a party, but what I want to know is if University of Birmingham lose case to Exelogen does that affect Invex?
