Invex are busting my balls here. This FDA ann will be right on time. If it's one trial, ill hold. If it's 2, ill tax loss it prior to end of month and look to buy back later. Its def good value for someone buying at these levels, super low EV. But I am sitting a solid loss on this ball breaker, so if need be will take the op to play the tax game.
