Looking for this company to be worth a third of what I believe it to be worth.... there is a reason those in the CR poured in $26M at $1.30, and it certainly wasn't because that was fair value..
$40M cap, $29M cash, $11M EV... at $1 it's $75M cap for a fully funded phase 3..
that's a start, but $100M-$150M is closer to fair in this market ($1.50-$2.00)
