Having some time to digest this, I am thinking the FDA road block may be a blessing in disguise. Being forced to run the trial in Europe we can potentially be making money and selling the drug by 2023 (if all goes to plan). The MC strengthens to a conservative $300mil and then we either attack the USA again or sell it to a big pharma and collect multiples on that. Yes it diverts from their original plan of packaging it up for a buy out right after phase 3 but if this management team is any good (and I think they are) they will adjust and make it work for all involved. Next few weeks will be crucial as to where IXC ends up.
