Hightrax, you nailed it in one. This is not a stock to bet the house on even thought it might return a lotto result.
Zimbabwe is ruled by tin pot fools who cannot see beyond their own noses.
That does not mean this resource wont move forward to production. Sometimes things work out for all involved.
However Africa does not have a good record in this area.
And coupled with that we have the rise of global self interest where states are asking why any project within their jurisdiction should provide benefit to outsiders. (I know that is a sort of low bow to draw from rising nationalism but news is easily manipulated in these times).
All in all, if the current administration at IVZ pull this project off I hope they all benefit greatly and have headhunters from around the world offering them projects.
