That does not mean this resource wont move forward to production. Sometimes things work out for all involved.
However Africa does not have a good record in this area.
And coupled with that we have the rise of global self interest where states are asking why any project within their jurisdiction should provide benefit to outsiders. (I know that is a sort of low bow to draw from rising nationalism but news is easily manipulated in these times).
All in all, if the current administration at IVZ pull this project off I hope they all benefit greatly and have headhunters from around the world offering them projects.

I’d be careful what you say about Zimbabwe’s administrators. This is a big deal over there with national significance...every chance they’ll be monitoring HC for sentiment.

Know that IVZ have a first class local lobby group who know how to make these things happen.
