Seriously though, the capital structure is excellent. Only 390m shares on issue, not counting performance shares and unlisted options. Of that the T20 hold 190m with Scott, his family and other directors having at least 85m of that.
Free float would be less than 200m shares.
Should be enough in the bank to comfortably get us to farm in also, without lack of cash being used as leverage.
All in all, a pretty tight set up.
