instos took their full allocations.
Someone decided to tank the sp hoping the rights issue would fail, step 1 completed.
I think ivz chasing home grown instos is a direct result of the above strategy of them trying to double dip much cheaper.
Id love to see broker data from the Ints to placement to now.
