I took up my allocation but its interesting to read the shortfall section in the prospectus. I've bolded the interesting bits which suggests they have 3 months now where they can allocate remaining shortfall to anyone of their choosing. Anyone else find it fascinating?will remain open for up to three months following the Closing Date. The issue price for each Share to be issued under the Shortfall Offer shall be $0.13 being the price at which Shares have been offered under the Offer. If you do not wish to take up any part of your Entitlement you are not required to take any action. That part of your Entitlement not taken up will form part of the(b)to other parties identified by the Directors, which may include parties who are not currently Shareholders . No Shares will be issued to a party under the Shortfall Offer if the effect would be to increase that party’s voting power in the Company to an amount greater than 19.99%.

yeah, u have a group of financial advisers and experienced board ….. as if they couldn’t have seen it would fail, hence the parts u have bolded out.
