They have been working on it for 4 years so IF they are open for business they need to close this out.
The Pedpa was most important pre discovery but I think Ivz completely underestimated the Ppsa importance to potential farm ins.
My correspondence with SM and his comments around Ppsa tell me that his assumption was that it was in Zims best interest to sign as the current operating agreement is way way better for Ivz from a cash perspective.
