That was my understanding too
IF they can get this PPSA signed urgently ie this week or next at latest this could turn around very quickly.
IMO within days/weeks of ink drying, a farm in partner/bank funding or cornerstone investor will be announced.
I truly believe that someone (or maybe more) are waiting impatiently on the sidelines for the PPSA to be signed off so that the deal can proceed.
Must be very frustrating for Scott and the board to be hanging on the Zimbabwean govt to get their asses in to gear.
We have heard months away from Scott - weeks away from Robin (2 weeks ago now) and literally touching ground in latest update so what do we make of that?
I am hoping it is signed in March
It will be a game changer.
SP will not shoot up on it but it will be the launching pad for all that follows.
Of course re the PPSA I never take anything for granted!
