It was impossible for them to run the RIghts issue without disclosing the negative working capital position. The SI raise doesn't have the same disclosure requirements so they've run it after their Trade and and other payables were settles. Isn't it clearer now why it was timed that way ? I've even pulled the definition out from you from the companies own full yearly accounts.
