They could have run the SI raise and Rights issue at the same time with share's issued at the same time and that would have probably solved the issue.
But they panic raised for the cash a few days out from xmas which to me seems they had some sort of liabilities to pay in January left over from the drill. Will be interesting to see the half yearly report where their liabilities will be laid all bare so we can see their true cash position.
