    they don’t need to they, instos get the shortfall if there is any after the close date and as they move closer to a given and de risked commercial flow. Whatever is remaining goes to instos

    They will have around 35 million in cash so either way will run all the way back up as news flow continues to come in. Should never be trading at a 100 million dollar EV and 35 million in cash
