Newbie here and trying to wrap my head around this entitlement offer.
This is how I am interpreting the offer:
If I own 150k shares, I am able to purchase 12.5k shares at a price of 13c each. And if I go ahead and purchase those 12.5k shares, I am entitled to 6,250 free options. Those options let me purchase more IVZ shares at a later date at a special price. We don't know what that special price is yet.
Is my thinking correct? Question I have is what is the value of this option at today's share price? If today's share price is 10c, the options are also worth 10c?Sorry for such newbie questions!
