I do agree with you about.... "WE, the shareholders will be better off with a successful cap raise!!"
However, I do not think that everyone buying now is not going to participate in the CR........ Some are buying extras on top of what they are entitled in the Entitlement Offer.......... To make sure they get more Shares and Options rather than risk, in case there are NO Shortfalls available.
