Cluff still wants in and realises he has to make a better offer, considering a much larger lease area and other offers on the table.

I am liking this news and we are getting closer to a squeeze on the share price, June is bearing down on us fast. The share price can only go one way now, of course it will Zig Zag in the process IMO.
