It's a bit oddly written but I don't think so. On the left is H1 CY22 - First half of calendar year 2022 i.e. around April 2022 or within the first 6 months of 2022.

On the right is H2 CY2021+ - Second Half Calendar year 2021. The plus is a bit weird but they could be hinting at earlier than April 2022 with that.

If anything it seems they are hinting it could be brought forward to late this year or early next. Though I wouldn't put much expectation on that and think the previously indicated April date is far more realistic and likely at this stage.
