Why would SM be desperate?
I have not seen SM selling any shares...... Nore, do I think he will Sell his shares whether the SP goes Up or Down after this CR.
IVZ will raise more money to continue their journey...... The SP they raise at now....... Is more important to SH trading not SM or the company.
