So we get 130,000 shares against 100,000 shares plus 50,000 oppies for the same money now (10 cents a share and 13 cents on RI prices)
Upon lab results SP goes back to 13 cents to make the RI look like a good offer.
Now we have 130,000 shares at 13 cents which is $16,900 or we have 100,000 shares at 13 cents plus 50,000 oppies at what value? Lets say 5.5 cents each. Total is $13,000 plus $2500 equals $15,500.
So on market for same investment as Ri would be we are $1,400 better off...admittedly there is not much in it but the sums still work in favor of the on market buy as the SP increases. Go to 20 cents per share the $26,000 AGAINST (WITH OPPIES AT 10 CENTS) $25,000 so in fact the on market deal continues to stay the better deal as far as a return goes.
At $2 per share we have $260,000 against $200,000 plus oppies at 1.40 cents add $70,000 so now we are at $260,000 against $270,000. It takes this long and this level of SP to get just pass the off "market deal" advantage plus the oppies have to be converted still.
Short to medium term off market buy at 10 cents a share is better IMHO the sums support this. Buy...as in all things be quick as the lab tests will most likely turn up the value of the shares t around 12 or 13 cents again...that is why they extended the RI...they reckon (or they know) the lab tests are going to be good and will stimulate the RI so through it goes nicely. Happy to see that but for mine I sit and wait for lab tests...thereby hangs a tale and the balance of probabilities.
Just think...good 3D results, good new depth of M2 into LA and a jolly good result from the flow test...then we are cooking and the rest will unfold according to (IVZ) Hoyle. Can't wait it all feels good again since they said they were going it incrementally...time is on their side now...carefully structuring the whole schebang...how good! Luck to all!
