LOL. From 13 to 9.9 is less than 30%. From 9.9 to 13 you would be increasing greater than 30. So I believe I am 100% correct when saying buying at 9.9 is less than a 30% discount. Were talking discount on the spp. A 30% discount on 13 cents would be 9.1 cents to those who can do the math.
