Unfortunately I was working in an area with cruddy reception and I missed quite a lot.

I think I have gotten the 9 million for 33% and back costs mixed up.
It would appear they want to get ~ 5 million which would bring Cluff to about 50% of drilling costs.
IMO I think the Cluff farm in is here to stay and I think there is also a chance of further farm down but if we could get Cluff to pay 50% uncapped for a 25% stake that is actually equal to the deal offered by Envoi way back when, 50% stake for free carry and operator.
We keep operator, which is a big bonus because we bill the other JV members for any work we do.
I know its not generally been well accepted but I actually think its not too bad.....of course if Seismic comes in with a material upgrade, which I think there were plenty of hints there will be, then things could change.
