Unfortunately that’s not how back costs work, can’t say I’ve ever seen a back-in agreement include those kind of costs, it’s the physical dollar value we have put into the project…..otherwise they’d be paying for mwatts 7/11 coffees as well. Invictus didn’t pay $30mill to acquire the historic Mobil data, that’s the amount that Mobil spent on it. As far as I’m concerned Scott has well and truly earned and is deserving of the those performance shares all things considered, part and parcel….
