People can say that this announcement is meaningless but that's a load of shit to be honest. It's an independently certified estimate with a P50 of 3.9TCF.

For those that understand statistics or odds. That is a 50% chance of let's say 50% downside (to a cashed shell) vs probably a minimum of 20 bags upside. I am a risk taker (I know not everyone is) and in my opinion only that is some fantastic R/R numbers.
