"My point is Invictus could go this alone easily." I totally agree. I think the recent CR was an eye-opening experience for management. They won't underestimate shareholder support again. Plus with sophs, they have also been oversubscribed in a very short time in at least the last 2 CRs. So now they've been hit square between the eyes with the fact that they could easily raise a lot of capital IF they wanted, that has to increase the probability of going it alone imo.
