    Looking at the pre market activity there was a few orders up to .16 and as soon as the clock hit 9:40am they were removed. Looked like someone was expecting an announcement. Looking at the last few announcements they have been released between 9:20 and 9:40am. I could be completely wrong, just my opinion haha
