Interesting lion, i see you found this. 5,720,000 shares at deemed $0.035 cents. Thats a big profit for them in April 2021 at the current share price. Given a marketing service entity i would imagine they are not in the business of investing and would seek immediate consideration for servives performed. I might do some more research on S3 Consortium unless if anybody else can provide previous history with S3 receiving consideration shares with other companies?
