There will be some additional CAPEX costs but these are all pre-earnings so I assume shared by all parties. Scott is talking about twinning an existing pipeline to get the product to market. There will be other infrastructure they need to provide.
The percentage going to govt in PSA could be 65% initially and trend up towards the back end of the project. PSA splits are going to be an interesting piece of information for IVZ valuation when they come available.
Farm-in split and csismic results increasing the resource estimate are the next piece of the picture.
