If you take a very simplistic view, Retail didn't support it. He just didn't go into the reasons why it wasn't supported (insto, and ultimately management). Its not s subject he'll want to go into in any depth. I'm just happy it'll be alternative funding. All small caps hit this finance issue and drop retail. Normally it becomes just insto - they have burnt bridges also (at least the ones we've been using). So looking on with interest as this is quite different from what I'm used to.
